Register for the IPM Symposium


Online registration is now available for the 8th International IPM Symposium that will be held March 23-26, 2015, in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. The symposium will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Register now and take advantage of the early bird price of $350.

The registration fee includes admission to symposium sessions, Tuesday awards luncheon, two poster session receptions (with heavy hors d’oeuvres), three continental breakfasts (with fruit), and refreshment breaks. The special price is good until February 23.  For registration visit

Check out the information about the optional activities during the week at 

  • Community-based field trip – includes a tour of a Salt Lake City School district building.  The Salt Lake City School District has been recognized as a leader in implementing IPM practices in schools – To be held on Monday afternoon, 1:00-5:00 PM.
  • Ag-based field trip – includes local destinations where Integrated Pest Management practices and their associated challenges will be showcased – To be held on Monday afternoon, 1:00-5:00 PM.
  • “Novel Applications of Geo-Technologies in Agriculture and Non-Agriculture IPM Decision Support” – To be held on Monday afternoon, 3:00-6:00 PM.
  • Welcome Reception – To be held on Monday evening, 5:30-7:30 PM at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, located next to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
  • “Evaluation and Assessment of IPM Programs” – To be held Friday morning, 8:00 AM-noon.

There are separate registration fees for these activities.

The Symposium opening plenary session begins at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, March 24. The closing plenary session will end at 5:15 PM on Thursday, March 26.

Accommodations information can be found on the website.  The room block is released February 22; don’t miss out on staying at one of the symposium hotels, all located within a block of the Convention Center.  All hotels offer a small number of government rate rooms for those who are eligible.
