Available for Comment: Release of Gall-Forming Fly for the Biological Control of Cape Ivy

USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service published a draft environmental assessment on March 24, 2016 for the proposed release of a gall-forming fly (Parafreutreta regalis) into the continental United States for use as a biological control agent to reduce the severity of Cape Ivy (Delairea odorata) infestations.

We will consider all comments that we receive on or before April 25, 2016.
