The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is making available to the public a supplemental environmental assessment (SEA) for the Pale Cyst Nematode Program (PCN) in Bingham and Bonneville Counties, Idaho. A draft SEA was made available for review and comment on April 28, 2016. This updated SEA includes revisions as a result of comments received and additional information regarding the program.
