Going to the IPM Symposium? Here’s some helpful information

The symposium registration desk will be open on the 5th floor of the hotel.

Monday, March 19: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Tuesday, March 20: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Wednesday, March 21: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Thursday, March 22: 7:30 AM-12:00 PM

The opening plenary session begins at 5:00 PM on Monday in the Baltimore Ballroom on the 5th floor of the hotel.

Program:

Download the mobile app… Search for “IPM Symposia” in the Apple iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.

For those who prefer seeing an 8.5 x 11” version, a pdf of the program is available here. This will be given to all attendees.

A pdf of the full abstract book is available here. Note that we will NOT be giving these out at the meeting. You will need to print your own copy. You can also find the speaker and abstract info on the mobile app.

Monday field trips (requires extra payment): Plan to meet at the registration desk on the 5th floor at 12:45 pm to board the buses.

Posters: They can be set up beginning at 10:00 AM on Tuesday. Push pins will be provided.

Silent Auction: The Symposium will feature a Silent Auction on Wednesday evening during the Poster Session/Reception that will provide funds for future Symposia registration and travel support. In a Silent Auction, items are displayed and people have the opportunity to write down their bids on a bid sheet that describes each item. Items will be accepted on-site.

Getting to the hotel from the airport: The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the airports. Transportation information can be found here.
